4GL to IANA code page mappings

When using the Progress 4GL features that allow you to write XML documents, you may need to specify an encoding, which is the name of a codepage. In these cases, you must use the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) name for the codepage and not the Progress name for the codepage. UTF-8 is the default code page. Table D–3 lists the Progress and IANA equivalents.
